Mantra Newsletter 2015

Dear Friends of Healing Music,   I am sending you a wee newsletter to talk about my Mantra sessions. I was chatting with a friend in Ottawa about them and we both agreed they would be such a lovely gift to give or receive! As we look more and more to the spiritual here is an option that you might enjoy. And please don't forget that it would be nice gift for yourself...... The Mantra Sessions are first of all fun. We have tea, we chat and then we settle into a time of rest/reflection. I play a Music Meditation and this is a time for grounding and also heart opening. We then co-create a beautiful, unique Mantra for you to take home. Your Mantra is something for you to use in everyday situations, during meditation, on your altar. I can offer these sessions in any of the cities I travel to regularly: Toronto, Ottawa, Brantford and Guelph. Or skype is also a very fun and effective way to meet up! Then I'll be going up to Grail Springs for the Xmas holidays.   Great news, we have set the date for our Music Meditation to bring in the New Year - a house concert at the home of my friend Sue, in Scarborough, on January 16. A yearly event that for me always sets the energy for the new year.
