Happy October!
I just returned from playing in Bancroft at Grail Springs and the fall colours this year are incredible! I don't remember ever seeing them this bright and happy. It was a feast for the eyes!
I had a marvelous time offering a week long workshop with my good friend
David Price Frances. David and I also continued working on our recording project in Toronto - wonderful guided meditations. I'll let you know when we get them mixed/mastered
and ready to go. I think they are splendid!

I'm in Ottawa now and last night was soooooooooooo beautiful. I offered a Music Ceremony with the wonderful Mark Daniel at Kalayana Yoga Shala.
A lovely night for all...
After an action packed week here in Ottawa with teaching, healing sessions, house clearings, tea parties, Full Moon Ceremonies etc. etc. I'll head home to Toronto.

MUSIC - MEDITATION - GROUP MANTRA with Debbie Danbrook
At this event, Debbie will offer a Music Meditation. The mindful listening to healing music can help carry participants into a deep, meditative state. No previous experience with a formal meditation technique is required.
Debbie will play Shakuhachi, North American flute, Fairy chimes, gentle percussion and will also sing. The Shakuhachi is a Japanese Bamboo Flute originally played only by monks as a type of Zen called ‘Suizen’ or blowing Zen.
Debbie will also create a group Mantra that can be used during the meditation as a tool to help slow and deepen the breath. Participants will be able to take this Mantra home with them.
Debbie Danbrook has released 20 CD’s of music for healing and meditation. (new CD

2015 EVENTS
JAPAN
March 29 to April 6, 2015
(dates may shift by a few days to accommodate the cherry blossoms)
Please join me and a few friends for the annual Cherry Blossom tour to Japan. We will travel to my favourite temples where I will offer Music Meditations under the Cherry Blossoms. Tour includes travel to Nara, Kyoto, Osaka, and this year Ise, the spiritual centre for the Shinto religion. We will enjoy peaceful and tranquil walking meditations at ancient site, experience a traditional Tea Ceremony, listen to healing music and of course eat fabulous Japanese food, drink sake and shop!!!! Always an enlightening and fun adventure.
